Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight & dimensions
• Delivery destination

Delivery Times

Peninsular Malaysia
📦 Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
(May be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.)

East Malaysia & International
📦 Estimated delivery: 5–22 business days
(Subject to customs clearance, weather, and local postal services.)

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside Malaysia may be subject to:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Additional fees
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.

Order Processing Time

🛒 Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

📅 Weekend & Holiday Orders:
•    Placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?
•    They’ll be processed the following Monday or working day.
